Shaista is a mid career social and educational development practitioner with an extensive experience in the fields of educational research, monitoring and evaluation, community development and training. Possess Masters in Sociology from University of Sindh.

Shasta has more than 7 years experience of working in different capacities with various civil society organizations including IRC, SEF, TCF etc. She has a vast experience in monitoring and supervision. She has worked in number of surveys especially in rural areas. Shaista is a very good facilitator as well. She works well with teachers and female community members. Shaista is also very good at documentation and record keeping.
