Mr. Parvez is a development professional with extensive experience in the fields of monitoring & evaluation, research and training for education and community development projects. Since 1995 he has been working with the IWMI, SEF, AKU and AED as a full time employee and also worked as freelance consultant with various development organizations. Parvez possess Master of Human Rights and Democratisation from University of Sydney, Australia and MA in Education and International Development from Institute of Education, University of London, UK.
