Parvez is an educationist and researcher with an extensive experience in the fields of educational research, teachers training and community development. Possess Masters of Arts in Education and International Development (MA – EID) from Institute of Education, University of London, UK.

Since 1995 Parvez has worked in different long and short term capacities with the organizations of international repute including IWMI, SEF, AKU and UNICEF etc. He has expertise in qualitative and quantitative research, situational analysis, baseline surveys, impact assessment, rapid assessment and environment impact assessment studies. Parvez is a good facilitator as well. He has vast experience of facilitating training workshops and courses for teachers, community members and children in rural and urban areas. Parvez also have good writing skills in English, Urdu and Sindhi.
