Mr. Imran has acquired his Masters in Economics and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is Continue. He is an accomplished and competent professional with 7 years of assiduous experience in accounting and financial management. Proficient in identifying difficulties such as budgetary limits, Organizational policy and work procedures, cultural constraints and personality of employees to bring about smooth operations. Exposure in preparing accounts and financial statements. Possesses complete understanding of finance and accounting procedures. Ability to work under tremendous pressure and meet deadlines with ease and efficiency. Confident and poised in interactions with individuals at all levels. Deep knowledge of costing and pricing principles and their application. Creates effective personal relationships within the group towards achieving team success.
The prime responsibilities which Mr. Imran is performing in the organization are to maintain overall finance and admin as well as make coordination with the clients, provide reports and proposals related to different programs. Along with this also assess new inducted staff by interviewing and build capacity by train them. To visible and transparent the work conduct internal and external audit by complying on IFRS reporting system.
The secondary responsible is to build database management system of programmes for providing management reports, outreach and aging performance, trend analysis. Implemented project activities checks overall achievement of the projects.
Mr. Imran has worked in development research projects sponsored by World Bank, ADB, PPAF, Govt Sindh and Govt of Pakistan. Mr. Imran has attended number of national conferences, workshops, and trainings on development issues.
