MDC is registered under the Companies Ordinance, 1984 in Pakistan. MDC is a development support organization to address the research, training and policy analysis needs of the public and private organizations seeking expertise in different development fields. It provides consulting services with commitment, contributing to the socio-economic development at national and international levels. It has associated professionals, having an excellent record of delivering services to the national and international development organizations.
MDC has its headquarter at Hyderabad, Sindh Pakistan, whereas its regional offices / representatives are located at all major cities of Pakistan. Its consultants have worked in diversified projects with several NGOs and public and private organizations. They have served on important committees/task forces aimed to promote sustainable development and alleviate poverty. They have presented papers at national and international conferences/seminars. They have been team leaders of the development projects and had been on higher positions in the government and private organizations.
MDC's experts have rich experience in development consultancy, project/program management, public administration, applied research, and training. They have acquired professional experience from field surveys to policy analysis. They are well acquainted with international development system including the working of UN and other global development agencies. They have obtained higher academic qualifications - masters and doctoral degrees from prestigious national and foreign universities of diverse countries such as USA, UK, Australia, Japan, and Romania. Some of them have remained senior Fulbright fellows/visiting research fellows at the London School of Economics, University of Leeds, Iowa State University and other institutions of USA. They possess work/travel experiences of South and Far East Asia, Eastern Europe, Western Europe, North America and Middle East.
